Visitors can already vote with one click and no email. Posting a request still asks for one. This would let them post the same way, with nothing to fill in but the request itself. Because a new post shows on your public board, posts made without an email would wait for your approval before they appear. The board setting that decides whether voting needs an email would cover posting too, so there is still one switch for it. Comments would work the same way, so someone who posts without an email can also answer on their own request.
