Post an idea first, add your email after

When someone posts on your board, the first screen is now just the box for their idea. Their email comes on the next screen, with a short line on why you ask for it. If your board doesn't need an email, they can skip that screen. People whose email you already know, and your patrons, still post in one step. The same goes for the feedback panel on your own site.
