I like the idea of lightweight feedback. Emoji reactions feel like a great fit for quick sentiment. Upvoted this request for that idea. My only concern with adding full comments is that it could turn the changelog into a place where new feature requests start to live. Instead of creating separate, trackable requests, people might drop ideas into the comments, which makes them harder to organize, prioritize, and respond to properly.

To follow up on my earlier comment, perhaps if someone does drop a feature idea in a comment, you could give admins a one-click option to convert it into a proper feature request.
