When you mark a request as done, the release note now has its own title and text. The request stays exactly as your customer wrote it. The post shows your note under Shipped, below the request. Voters get it in the completion email, under the title they voted for. Your next changelog uses it too. You can edit the note later from the request's detail sheet.
