Open any request and you see its whole story in order: who asked for it and when, what the team said about it, what shipped, and the replies, with your own reply box at the end of the thread. Replies from your team carry your logo and a small Team label, so an answer from you is easy to tell apart. Links people paste into comments are clickable. Hover a time to see the exact date. On the board itself, a request now says "Team replied" once someone from your team has answered, so visitors can see at a glance which ideas got a response. Writing a reply is quicker too: the box says who the comment will be posted as, Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) sends it, and your comment scrolls into view when it lands.
