Bring the requests you already have into Featurevote. Upload a CSV, like the export from Canny or a sheet from Trello or Notion. Choose which column is the title, the status and the votes, and see exactly what will happen before anything is added. Vote counts come along, nobody gets an email, and you can undo the whole import if something looks wrong.
