Compare plans

featurevote is free to start with no credit card. Users can submit requests and vote without limit on every plan. Plans differ in the number of active requests your team can manage, the number of recipients per email, and whether email can be sent from your own domain.

Pro$29/month billed yearly ($348/year), or $35 monthlyUnlimited1,000Yes

All plans include the public board, voting without an account, roadmap, changelogs, surveys, Feedback Inbox, and integrations with Slack, Patreon, Discord, and AI clients over MCP. Prices are in US dollars and payments go through Stripe. featurevote branding remains on the board on every plan.

What counts as an active request

A request counts as active until it is marked Completed or Not planned. This includes requests waiting for approval and archived requests that were never closed. Marking a request Completed or Not planned stops it counting toward the Free plan’s 15-request limit.

What happens when a Free plan has more than 15 active requests

Your board continues working for visitors: they can still post requests, and requests continue collecting votes. On the Feature Board, a notice shows that the limit is reached with an Upgrade button; the newest requests over the limit are greyed out and cannot be opened or changed. Your team cannot add requests by hand, from the Feedback Inbox, as starter requests, through an AI client, or from Discord. Community members can still add requests from Discord. Mark requests Completed or Not planned to get back under the limit, or upgrade to manage them all.

Email recipient limits

Your plan limits recipients per send, rather than the number of emails per month. The limit applies to changelog emails, voter completion emails, and new-request notification emails to your team: Free allows 50 recipients, Growth 500, and Pro and Lifetime 1,000. If the recipient list exceeds the applicable limit, no email is sent. For changelogs, the entry can still publish without an email; narrow the selected recipients to fit before publishing if delivery is needed.

Change or cancel a plan

You can change or cancel a plan at any time from your account’s billing settings. Your plan continues working until the end of the period you paid for. Invoices are available in the same place.
